The Camrea
1. Explain the “camera obscura” effect. How is it achieved?
-This camrea was the first camrea to ever be made. The dark circle is the lens, and if you look in the dark circle you can see the light that reflects from the walls. It has achieved by us looking in a little whole and seeing the whole picture.
2. What invention during the 17th Century helped man get a step closer to
creating the modern camera?
-Isaac Newton and Christian Huygens was the first ones to make a high quality glass lenses.
3. What were the parts of the first modern camera invented by Niepce?
-Niepce was the first one to make 'flim'. He put the dark box, glass lens, and flim all together and thats what made the worlds first photograph.
4.What do modern digital cameras have in common with Niepce’s camera?
-It still had the box like figure, glass lens, and flim but its just a newer model of it and more high tech.
5. What do digital cameras use to capture an image?
-We use what is called a 'CCD' which you click a button and the picture saves in the memory of the camera.

-Auto Mode controls the flash and the exposure and the Program Mode you can just take the picture with out doing anything.
7. What is the Portrait Mode used for? How does it work?
-It will blur out the outside of the picture. It works by using the aperture lens.
8. What is the Sports mode used for? (not just sports) How does it work?
-It is used to freeze the picture that is in motion. It works by using the fastest shutter speed.

-Because theres a faster camera response, more control, and better composition.

-It is Disable Flash, that means that theres no flash taken. I would use it when the picture shows the light already without the flash being on there.

-It is Auto Flash, it means that when its really dark on the picture it will take a picture with flash automatticly.
