---It impacts Depth of Fields because you are trying to get one object so if your trying to get one object then you should blur everything around the object your going to get

---F2.8 there is no background visible-it is very blurry and all you can really see is the couple

F8 and 1/60 is kinda visible but you still can't see it so well
F11 and 1/60 is visible but it is dark
F16 and 1/30 is visible but very little blurry
F22 and 1/8 is visible

3. Finally, what is happening to the people themselves at slow Shutter Speeds? What could the photographer do to help combat this problem? What is the lowest Shutter Speed do you think a photographer can hand-hold the camera?
It goes from light to dark, fix it, 1/4 of a second shutter speed
